The Walten Files[2] is a horror series of VHS tape, inspired by Five Nights At Freddy's.[3]

Plot

A man named Anthony finds a collection of VHS tapes created in the 1970s by the extinct Bunny Smiles Company[4] that had vanished in the early 1980s. Jack Walten is a major character in The Walten Files.[5] He is the co-founder of Bon's Burgers and the father of Sophie Walten. His disappearance kicks off many of the events that happen in the series.

Production

Martin Walls started working on [Bon Burgers game] in 2017 and it went through ha rocky development. He worked on it for around two years but didn't finish it. Months laters he made it into The Walten Files. While being inspired with Five Nights At Freddy's. Martin Walls instead of a game turned into a video series.

Theme

The Walten Files is an Analog Horror[6] series of "found footage" videos made by Martin Walls. Similar to channels like Squimpus McGrimpus, it's inspired by Five Nights at Freddy's.

Creators

Martin Walls[7] (real name Martín Anthony Paredes) is a Chilean content creator notable for creating the Welcome To Bon's Burgers franchise, before creating the largely successful analog horror series called The Walten Files. He also voices Jack Walten.
