History
The design for the viaduct was revealed in April 2022.[1]
Design
The viaduct, constructed using concrete, crosses the flood plain of the River Thame near Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. It will be 880 metres (2,890 feet) long and sit 3 metres (9.8 feet) above ground.[2] It will have 36 spans, each 25 metres (82 feet) long.[3]
