Taqdeer (transl. Destiny) is a 1983 Indian Hindi-language film directed by Brij Sadanah, starring Shatrughan Sinha, Hema Malini, Mithun Chakraborty, Zeenat Aman in lead roles.

Box office
The film was a hit and twenty ninth highest-grossing movie of 1983 in India.[1] It was a bigger success overseas in the Soviet Union, where it released in 1985, because of Mithun's huge fan base there. The film sold 24.5 million tickets in the Soviet Union.[2]
