Sungai Buloh Prison
The Sungai Buloh Prison (Malay: Penjara Sungai Buloh) is the largest prison complex in Malaysia. This prison is located at Jalan Kuala Selangor-Sungai Buloh road near Paya Jaras, Selangor, and it situated near the border of Petaling-Kuala Selangor-Gombak, but located within the Gombak district. Started in 1992, completed in October 1996 and opened in November 1996 to replace the Pudu Prison, Kuala Lumpur. The prison also has 28 residential buildings with 4 floors, and 1 on the ground floor, with the height of 35 m (115 ft).[1]
