Sun City Festival

Sun City Festival is an age-restricted master-planned community in Maricopa County, Arizona, located within the city boundary of northern Buckeye, Arizona. It is approximately 10 miles west of Surprise, Arizona. It was developed by PulteGroup, the company responsible for the other prominent retirement communities in Arizona and California, including the original Sun City, Sun City West, and Sun City Grand, which are nearby.[1][2] Both Sun City Festival and Festival Foothills are part of the much larger Festival Ranch.
