Steve Rassin
Stephen Karl Rassin (born 1967 in Wilmington, North Carolina), better known as Steve Rassin, is an American voice actor best known as the voice of Ataru Moroboshi in five of the six Urusei Yatsura movies. One of his known aliases is Rassinator.
