Violet-chested hummingbird

The violet-chested hummingbird (Sternoclyta cyanopectus) is a species of hummingbird. It has a large global range and is not globally threatened. It is found in Venezuela and adjacent Colombia.[1] It belongs to the monotypical genus Sternoclyta.[3]
