St. Joseph's College, Irinjalakuda
St. Joseph's College Irinjalakuda[1] is the first women's college in the state of Kerala, India. Founded in 1964, it was affiliated to University of Calicut. St. Joseph's College was also the first women's college in Kerala to offer a masters programme in Mass Communication and Journalism. St. Joseph's College has its own campus news letter and online news portal, The Commentator, which is managed and operated by its students.[2]
