Satnampanth
Satnampanth, also called Satnami Samaj or Satnami movement, is a religious sect founded by Ghasidas in the 1820s in present-day Chhattisgarh.
History
The sect was founded by Guru Ghasidas in the 1820s in present-day Chhattisgarh.It is believed that after the Satnami Revolt in Narnaul,the satnami's came to Forest of Chhattisgarh for saving their life from Aurangzeb's Order of Massacre. And Guru Ghasidas Family was One of that.
