Early life
Nandan was born in Uttar Pradesh, India. After completing his batchelor education he studied in Delhi, from where he obtained his degree in Engineering. After teaching in various schools in India, he joined as a young academic in India, he taught at the prestigious all-boys' boarding school.
Political life
He entered in politics as a member. As the NFP began to fragment, he joined the politics. He won the Election on FLP ticket and was the Minister of Health and Social Welfare on the monthlong Bavadra Government. He served as National Spokesperson for the party.
Later life
A very thoughtful, erudite mind and a person of moral values, he worked for Amara Raja Group and participated in National Research activities. Inspired from socialist and communist views, he joined the Samajwadi party. he completed his Batchelor of Technology with Gold Medal and become Chartered Research Engineer (India) with prestigious Membership of Institution of Engineers (India). Initially he was Member of ASHRAE, IEI student chapter, SSPI UK Chapter and Institution Innovation Council. He also become Member of International Association of Engineers after Graduation. during his Graduation period, he started writing. His passion for writing developed from his obsession with reading.
