Sandra Perović

Sandra Perović (Serbian Cyrillic: Сандра Перовић) is a Serbian film critic and Radio Television Serbia journalist, TV author and editor.[1]

Early life and education

Sandra Perović completed primary and secondary education in Belgrade. Her father, Slavko, was a popular Yugoslavian singer.[2] She graduated from The University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, and obtained a postgraduate degree in film sciences and electronic media at The University of Belgrade Faculty of Dramatic Arts.

Career

Perović has worked as a reporter, host, and film critic for Radio Television of Serbia since the early 2000s, working on specialized film programs and primetime news show segments, including on Dnevnik and Kulturni Dnevnik.[3] She has performed over 300 interviews with figures in cinema, and also promotes local film filmmakers and authors in Serbia. Perović has also been a board member of the Film Center of Serbia and the Belgrade International Film Festival, and served on the critic's jury at Cannes Film Festival, Venice Film Festival, and Berlin International Film Festival.[2]
