Saints Cosmas and Damian church (Ukrainian: Церква святих Косми і Дам'яна) Greek Catholic Parish Church (UGCC) in Shmankivtsi of the Zavodske settlement hromada of the Chortkiv Raion of the Ternopil Oblast.

History
The Greek Catholic community in Shmankivtsi was founded long before the church was built. There was no other parish until 1946. According to old-timers, a stone church was built on the site of the wooden church in 1895, which until 1946 belonged to the Greek Catholic community. After the Lviv Pseudo-Council under the pastor Fr. Mykola Stetsyk,[1] the church was forcibly converted to Russian Orthodoxy and remained so until 1990.
In 1990, the Greek Catholic community was revived, but the church remained in the ROC community, which later moved to the UAOC, and now belongs to the PCU.
The Greek Catholic community originally conducted services in the chapel (built in 1890). The other community did not agree to the next trip.
On July 15, 2001, a new church was built and consecrated.
In 2008 the bell tower was built.
On July 6, 2015, the parish was visited by the Bishop of the Buchach Eparchy Dimitry Hryhorak, who consecrated the throne [5].
In 2019, the facade of the church was renovated.
The parish has 200 members. The parish owns half of the parish house.
The parish has the Brotherhood of the Apostolate of Prayer, the Mother in Prayer community, the altar wife, and Bible groups.
