Rui Bandeira
Rui Pedro Neto de Mello Bandeira (born 25 July 1973, Nampula, Portuguese Mozambique) is a Portuguese singer. He is best known for representing his country in the Eurovision Song Contest 1999 with the song Como tudo começou. He placed 21st with 12 Points.[1]
