Rodrigo da Costa (engineer)
Rodrigo da Costa is a Portuguese aerospace engineer. Since 16 October 2020, da Costa serves as the Executive Director of the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA).[1][2][3] He previously served as Galileo Exploitation Programme Manager at the former European GNSS Agency (GSA), predecessor of EUSPA.[4]

Education and career
Rodrigo da Costa studied aerospace engineering at the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon.[5] He received a master's degree in aerospace engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from the EuroMBA consortium of Business Schools.[6]
