Rich Cantrill
Brigadier Richard J. Cantrill, OBE, MC is a senior Royal Marines officer. In September 2020, he assumed command of the 3 Commando Brigade. [1]

Career
In 1996, Rich Cantrill joined the Corps of Royal Marines. In 2012, he was awarded the Military Cross.[2] In 2014, Cantrill was appointed a Officer of the Order of the British Empire.[3] In 2016, Cantrill was appointed to the rank of Colonel and made the Chief of Staff for the Commander UK Amphibious Forces.
In 2018, Cantrill joined the Ministry of Defence as the Assistant Head for Counter-terrorism and UK Operations.[1]
