Ramon Cruz
Ramon Alcala Cruz (born August 25, 1957) is the presiding justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. He succeeded Justice Lucas Bersamin who appointed SC Justice in January 2009. He curranty chairs the 10th division of the Court of Appeals.[1]
