Poon Ming Fung
Datuk Frankie Poon Ming Fung is a Malaysian politician who served as the State Minister of People's Health and Wellbeing from May 2019 to the collapse of the Parti Warisan (WARISAN) state administration in September 2020. He was previously the State Minister of Youth and Sports before being appointed to a new vacant portfolio. He has served as Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Tanjong Papat since May 2018. He is State Chairman of the Democratic Action Party (DAP) of Sabah.
