Pilot Hill (Massachusetts)
Pilot Hill is a mountain in Dukes County, Massachusetts. It is on Martha's Vineyard 1.8 miles (2.9 km) west of Vineyard Haven in the Town of Tisbury. Tashmoo Hill is located east-southeast of Pilot Hill.
