Palenque poison frog

The Palenque poison frog (Paruwrobates erythromos) is a species of frog in the family Dendrobatidae endemic to Ecuador. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.[1]
