OC Transpo routes

OC Transpo is a public transit commission that operates 170 bus routes, two light rail lines, and a paratransit system in Ottawa and the Nation Capital Region.[1]

O-Train: Frequent light rail service.

Tunney's Pasture
Supplementary bus route to alleviate congestion on Line 1 due to train shortages. In the AM peak, trains travel non-stop between the Line 1 stations and the former Downtown Transitway. In the PM peak, the Tunney's Pasture buses depart from Albert / Bank and buses to Hurdman and Blair depart from Albert / O'Connor. This route is in effect on weekdays until further notice. When this route is in effect, over 125 bus trips on other routes must be cancelled.
Greenboro Bayview The Trillium Line. If the line is shut down, it is replaced by bus route R2. This is a diesel light rail transit (DLRT) route that provides connections to the communities of Greenboro, South Keys, Heron Park, and Confederation Heights. It also provides a connection to Carleton University and major employment areas west of the downtown core.
 R2  South Keys Bayview This route replaces the Trillium Line (Line 2) when the trains are out of service. It travels via the Southeast Transitway, Bronson Avenue, Carleton University, Carling Avenue, and Preston Street. (July 2019 full closure)
 5  Billings Bridge Rideau Travels via Riverdale, Main, and Elgin. Provides a connection to St. Paul's University.

Rockcliffe
Serves the communities of New Edinburgh, Lowertown, Centretown, The Glebe, Old Ottawa South, Ridgemont, and South Keys. Also serves major tourist attractions including the ByWard Market, Rideau Centre, and Lansdowne Park/TD Place.

Early-morning and late-evening service runs between Greenboro and the Rideau Centre only. Southbound early-morning trips stay on Bank Street instead of travelling via Southgate.

Extra peak-period trips are provided from Billings Bridge to the Rideau Centre in the morning and the reverse in the afternoon. Extra service is provided in both directions between Billings Bridge and the Rideau Centre when special events are taking place at Lansdowne Park/TD Place.

Early AM service operates between St. Laurent Station and the Rideau Centre only. Selected AM peak trips begin at the corner of Brittany/Montreal, end at the Parliament station and are signed 7 Parliament.

Selected AM peak trips start at Lansdowne Park, end at the Rideau Centre, and are signed 7 Rideau. Selected PM peak trips start at Parliament station, end at the corner of Brittany / Montréal, and are signed 7 Brittany. Extra service is provided between Carleton University and Rideau Centre when special events occur at TD Place Stadium.

 9  Hurdman Rideau Selected peak-period trips start/end at the corner of Crichton and Beechwood. Travels near Ottawa's baseball stadium RCGT Park, located on Coventry Road.
 10  Hurdman Lyon Provides a direct connection from Carleton University to downtown Ottawa. Travels via Bronson Avenue. Some northbound and southbound trips end at Carleton University.

Wateridge (PM) Provides peak period service to the new community of Wateridge located at the former Canadian Forces Base Rockcliffe in east Ottawa. Serves the communities of Wateridge, Rockcliffe, New Edinburgh, and Lowertown.

Route is temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

 18  St-Laurent Parliament Serves the community of Overbrook, just east of downtown Ottawa. Travels near Ottawa's baseball stadium RCGT Park, located on Coventry.
 19  Hurdman Parliament Operates in the communities of Sandy Hill, Lowertown, Vanier, and the Ottawa Trainyards. No service between St. Laurent and Hurdman via Belfast and Terminal before 8:00am and after 9:00pm weekdays and Saturday, and after 7:25pm Sunday.
 20  St-Laurent Vanier Travels via Monfort Hospital, Montreal, and Brittany.
 21  Blair Canotek Operates three trips to Canotek during the morning peak, and two trips to Blair during the afternoon peak. Travels via Ottawa Road 174 and Montreal to/from the Canotek Business Park, located in the northeastern part of Gloucester, Ontario.
 23  Blair Rothwell Heights Performs a one-way loop throughout the community of Rothwell Heights. Operates during peak periods and provides limited service during midday Monday–Friday only.
 24  St-Laurent Beacon Hill Follows a one-way loop throughout the community of Beacon Hill North. Early-morning trips Monday–Friday end at Blair Station. Weekend late evening trips start/end at Blair Station.
 25  La Cité Millennium Travels via Innes in Orléans and Blackburn Hamlet. Continues past Blair station to/from La Cité.

Early morning and late evening trips operate between Millennium and Blair stations only.

 26  Blair Pineview Performs a one-way loop throughout the Pineview community.
 27  St-Laurent (AM) Wateridge (PM) Provides peak-period service between the new Wateridge community and St. Laurent station. Buses travel via Montreal, Cummings, Donald, and St. Laurent.
 28  Blair Blackburn Hamlet Sunday service only operates from approximately 9 am to 6 pm. Sunday and late evening trips bypass local streets in Blackburn Hamlet, using Bearbrook Road and terminating at the Blackburn Arena.
 30  Millennium Blair Travels via Trim, Brian Coburn, Jeanne d'Arc & Regional Road 174 and serves the community of Avalon in Orléans. No service south of Innes during the late evenings Monday–Friday and during the evenings on weekends.
 31  Blair Place d'Orléans Travels via St. Joseph and Ottawa Regional Road 174. Operates during peak periods and has one midday trip in each direction Monday–Friday. No weekend service.
 32  Blair Sunview Provides limited service to Sunview outside of peak periods.
 33  Blair Portobello Serves the communities of Avalon and Fallingbrook in Orléans and travels via Portobello, Princess Louise and Tenth Line. Limited midday service is provided.
 34  Blair Renaud Serves the community of Chapel Hill in Orléans and travels via Renaud, Navan and Orléans Boulevard.
 35  Blair Esprit Operates half-hourly service all day, including late evenings and weekends.
 37  Place d'Orléans Queenswood Heights Operates Monday–Friday only with limited service provided outside of peak hours. Follows a one-way loop throughout the Queenswood Heights community.
 38  Jeanne d'Arc Blair Serves northern Orléans along Jeanne d'Arc. Terminates at Trim station.

 N39  Trim Rideau Some early weekday early morning trips do not service Trim, instead starting at Place d'Orleans. All night buses end at Rideau station. These buses only run overnight when Confederation Line (Line 1) trains are not. They are extensions of their regular daytime route numbers to/from Rideau station.
 40  Greenboro St-Laurent Serves the communities of South Keys, Greenboro, and Elmvale Acres in inner-southeast Ottawa. Selected peak-period trips start and end in the Ottawa South Business Park at the corner of St. Laurent / Conroy. Selected peak-period trips are extended to/from Hurdman station. Many trips terminate at Elmvale Shopping Centre, with 15 minute all-day (including weekends) between St. Laurent and Elmvale.
 42  Blair Hurdman Serves the Cyrville Industrial Park and the Ottawa Trainyards shopping area. Extra trips are provided during peak periods between Hurdman Station and the corner of Cyrville / Labrie. No service in the late evening Monday–Friday and in the evening on weekends.
 44  Billings Bridge Hurdman Travels via Alta Vista and the Herongate community.
 45  Hospital Hurdman Operates 24/7 between Hurdman station and the Ottawa Health Sciences Complex. Overnight extensions to Rideau numbered N45.
 N45  Hospital Rideau All night buses end at Rideau station. These buses only run overnight when Confederation Line (Line 1) trains are not. They are extensions of their regular daytime route numbers to/from Rideau station.

 47  Hawthorne (AM) St-Laurent (PM) Operates during peak periods Monday–Friday only, . Serves both the Ottawa and Hawthorne Industrial Parks.
 48  Hurdman Elmvale Travels via Billings Bridge, Kilborn, Canterbury, Halifax, Walkley, and St. Laurent. Serves Canterbury High School.
 49  Hurdman Elmvale Travels via Pleasant Park. Limited service is provided outside of peak hours Monday–Friday. Saturday service only operates from approximately 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday service only operates from approximately 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.
 50  Tunney's Pasture Lincoln Fields Travels via Scott between Tunney's Pasture and Westboro. Serves the communities of Westboro, Laurentian View, Bel Air Heights, and Kenson Park. Peak-period trips in the peak direction do not serve Erindale (south of Navaho), Baseline, or Maitland (south of Erindale). No service in the late evening Monday–Friday, in the evenings on Saturday and all day on Sunday.

Elmvale Operates between Elmvale and the General Hospital only during early mornings and late evenings. Replaced the crosstown bus, which began operation in the 1920s.

Route 61D trips during morning peak travel via Highway 417 between Castlefrank and Eagleson station. Early morning trips travel via Pinecrest Garage on Queensview.

 N61  Terry Fox Rideau All night buses end at Rideau station. These buses only run overnight when Confederation Line (Line 1) trains are not. They are extensions of their regular daytime route numbers to/from Rideau station.
 62  Stittsville Tunney's Pasture Before noon on weekdays eastbound buses travel within Stittsville via Fringewood between Abbott E. and Hazeldean, while westbound buses travel via Iber. After noon on weekdays, buses follow the reverse direction on both roads.

Serves the community of Briarbrook in north Kanata, the Kanata North Business Park, and travels via Highway 417 and the Transitway.

AM peak: Eastbound buses travel via March between Terry Fox and Carling, and most are extended from Tunney's Pasture to Gatineau, ending at Sacré Coeur. Westbound buses travel from Tunney's Pasture to Innovation via Carling, Schneider, Legget, and Terry Fox. Some trips end at the corner of Legget / Terry Fox. Some trips also operate from Eagleson to Innovation via Carling, Schneider, Legget, and Terry Fox.

PM peak: Eastbound buses travel from Innovation via Carling, Schneider, Legget, and Terry Fox, and end at Tunney's Pasture. Some trips start at Legget / Terry Fox. Westbound buses travel from Sacré Coeur in Gatineau to Innovation via March.
 64  Morgan's Grant Tunney's Pasture Operates Monday–Friday only. Serves the community of Morgan's Grant in North Kanata. Travels via the Kanata North Business Park, Teron, Highway 417, and the Transitway. Buses do not serve the Kanata North Business Park eastbound during the morning peak and westbound during the afternoon peak.

PM Peak: Selected eastbound trips operate between Baseline Station and Hurdman Station only. Selected westbound trips operate between Hurdman Station and Bells Corners only, and travel via Old Richmond and Moodie. Trips that start/end in Bells Corners begin/end their trips on Moodie at Tyrell.

One Sunday trip in each direction travels between Hurdman and the Experimental Farm via Heron and Prince of Wales.

 93  Greenboro 93  Hurdman Leitrim Serves the communities of Sawmill Creek, Blossom Park, Kemp Park, and Findlay Creek in the south end of Gloucester, Ontario. Two early-morning trips run from Conroy and Park to Leitrim Station. Selected afternoon peak period trips run from Greenboro Station to Queensdale and Conroy and are signed 93 Blossom Park. Extra Sunday service is provided between Greenboro Station and Blossom Park - these trips perform a one-way loop through the community via Queensdale, Sixth, Athans, and Bank before travelling back towards Greenboro Station and are signed 93X Special. One extra Sunday trip is provided to and from the Hindu Temple, located on Bank Street, just north of Blais Road. Extended to Hurdman from Greenboro during peak periods.

 110  Innovation Fallowfield Early morning service during weekdays is provided, with service beginning around 4:00 am. Select trips terminate at Citigate and the CFIA. Serves the Kanata neighbourhoods of Beaverbrook (via Teron), Katimavik and Glen Cairn (via Eagleson), and Bridlewood (via Stonehaven); also serves the Kanata North Technology Park (via Legget), Hazeldean Mall, and northern Barrhaven along Fallowfield. This is the only regular route to directly connect Barrhaven and Kanata. One weekday peak period trip per direction per day operates between CFIA and Fallowfield station only. Limited weekend service.

Baseline Serves the communities of Carleton Heights and Parkwood Hills in Nepean. Does not continue through to Carleton University from Billings Bridge during the late evenings or on weekends.

Two-way loop that serves the communities of Fallingbrook (clockwise) and Chapel Hill (counter-clockwise) in Orléans, terminating at Place d'Orleans. Travels via Princess Louise, Charlemagne, des Épinettes, Jeanne d’Arc, Meadowglen, Forest Valley and St-Joseph.
 138  Place d'Orléans Innes Connects Place d'Orléans, the St. Louis Residence and the Innes Road commercial area and travels via Jeanne d'Arc, Orléans Blvd, St. Joseph and Innes.
 139  Place d'Orléans Petrie Island Operates on summer weekends only.
 140  Billings Bridge Heron Park Travels via Heron, Jefferson, Featherston, Ryder and the Herongate neighbourhood. Route operates mid-day weekdays and from approximately 10:00 am to 5:30 pm Saturday. No Sunday service.
 141  Kaladar and Billings Bridge Route operates in a loop, beginning at Billings Bridge and serving Heron Park. Some morning trips to Billings Bridge begin at Kaladar/Gregg. No weekend service
