The phone is an updated version of the Nokia 3595, with a more conservative appearance aimed towards corporate customers as opposed to the 3595's youth-oriented style. The firmware on the 6010 has been updated, and several software bugs from the 3595 have been addressed. In the newest software upgrades, the phone supports SMS and MMS messaging, as well as an IM client for AOL Instant Messenger and ICQ. A calendar, 30-item To-Do list, alarm clock, timer, calculator, and voice command system are among the basic features. The DCT4 hardware generation is represented by the 6010.An Xpress-on changeable cover can be used to modify the faceplate. The phone lacks a camera and is slightly larger than comparable phones at the time. Reception
Nokia 6010 is said to be a solid, reliable and durable mobile phone.[1] As with many Nokia handsets, tests have shown that the phone is able to resist rugged use and extreme environmental conditions.[2]
