Natasha Noel

Natasha Noel (born 14 September 1997, in Maharashtra) is an Indian yoga instructor, dancer and media personality.[1][2] She was named in the BBC 100 Women (inspiring and influential women from around the world) in 2019.[3]

Life and career

Noel was born in 1997 in Maharashtra, and she is a native of Mumbai, India. Noel loss her mother when she was three years. She suffered child abuse and was involved in an accident which inflicted her injury and left her in a long time bed rest. Following her recovery from this, she engaged in a long time relationship but her boyfriend dumped her to a major and debilitating heartbreak.[4] She then took to yoga and dancing to kill stress. Later she enrolled in The Yoga Institute at Santa Cruz before proceeding to Ashtanga Vinyasa at Mysore where she learned yoga. She was on the list of BBC 100 women for 2019.[5]
