My is the initial of Miyeon, and the album is released to talk about her stories and thoughts through different in genres and concepts.

Miyeon described rhe first song on the album, "Rose", which refers directly to her first name since the syllable "Mi" refers to roses. This song is like a flower blooming.[6] The title track "Drive", is a rock song that supports those struggling in difficult situations or when facing problems that are hard to handle. Miyeon described it as a song that tells people to keep moving forward and to never lose themselves.[7] The third track, "Softly" is a R&B song, that demonstrates the feeling experienced on a calm rainy day, calming listeners down. The song "Te Amo" follows, which focuses on falling in love and the feeling of power, as if we could move mountains, as described in the press release. "Charging", is a ballad which features singer JUNNY.[8] The last song, "Rain" (소나기), reminds Miyeon of her childhood when she spent hours watching dramas. She also wrote the lyrics of the track, and bandmate Yuqi participated in the composition.[9]
