Monjin

Monjin is a digital interviewing and assessment platform, powered by artificial intelligence and has been described as a portmanteau of Skype and LinkedIn.[1][2]

Monjin was founded in 2014 and is now driven by industry veterans Abhijit Kashyape, Avadhoot Deshpande Ashutosh Kulkarni and Aniruddha Fansalkar. The company led by Abhijit now has over 100 clients across the globe. In 2016, Monjin set up its operations in UK, USA[3] and Sweden.

In 2017, Monjin partnered with Microsoft to create the first Azure-based aggregator platform, using in interviewers to create a global assessment standard.[4][5]
