Mikhail Lobov
Mikhail Borisovich Lobov is a Russian jurist who was elected to the European Court of Human Rights in 2021, replacing Dmitry Dedov.[1][2] Earlier, he worked for years at the secretariat of the Council of Europe.[3][4]
