Martial-Guillaume-Marie Testard du Cosquer
Martial-Guillaume-Marie Testard du Cosquer (born 1820 in Lesneven) was a French clergyman and Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Port-au-Prince. He was ordained in 1848. He was appointed bishop in 1863. He died in 1869.[1]
