| Kate Redding is playing her father's newly created video game, Pirate Islands, When Sarah walks in and picks up the computer scanner, lightning strikes the house and Kate and her brother and sister are zapped into the game. They realise they need the scanner to get home but as they start a search to look for it Blackheart (The captain of the pirates) Steals it away and uses it as his weapon. Will they get home? | ||||

| The three children find a spot in the undergrowth for shelter but whilst looking for food the pirates come to find them on Blackheart's orders. He orders for the others to bring Kate to him so he can use the scanner on her and get some answers. They find a node (A metal circular plate which acts as a transporter to each island) And jump to Castaway Island away from the pirates, there they meet Mars, leader of the Castaways who has promised to help them find "The Treasure Of The Golden Idol" To help them buy their passage home. The pirates attack their village and the three children escape back to main island, where they find a treehouse. | ||||

Whilst searching the treehouse Kate finds a hidden hatch, inside are some wet boots. Kate tells the rest it's a clue and they run off to the lake. Kate places the boots in water and they magically change into lightning silver boots. She steps inside them and finds she can walk on water. She suddenly realises that the boots can stay at a limit of time before she falls into the lake. Kate then uses them to retrieve the scanner on the pirate ship but fails when the pirate Darcy catches her but Mars arrives on the scene to knock him out. Kate fails to find the scanner before the pirates come back but escape with Mars. | ||||

Having stolen a treasure map from the pirates, Kate formulates a plan to trade the charter map for the scanner. Blackheart visits Castaway island threatening to burn it down unless he gets his map back. Carmen betrays Nicholas to Blackheart to protect her village and Kate must move quickly to try to save him from walking the plank - but first, she needs to ask Mars for help. At Castaway Island, Kate demands that Mars help her to see and rescue Nicholas on Blackheart's ship - but Carmen isn't too willing to let him. Cutthroat Jack and Darcy decide to jump ship and go to shore to find the treasure themselves when they find the map that Sarah brought with her to trade for Nicholas' life. | ||||

Nicholas is brought before Blackheart. Kate plans to get Nicholas back from the pirates by running out to their ship. When Nicholas sees her running out, he pretends to get seasick. So they take him up the deck of the ship. They manacle him to a cannonball to keep him from escaping. Kate is about to try cutting it off, but Mars shows up, and the pirates spot him blowing her cover. Kate runs back to Main Island with cannonballs shooting at her, and she makes it back just before the shoes run out of power. Captain Blackhart insists that Nicholas be taken below deck, and so he is taken to the Captain's quarters. Blackheart threatens Nick with the scanner saying he will melt him into nothing if Nick doesn't tell him the location of his treasure. He thinks Kate ran out to the ship to tell Nick the location of the treasure but instead Kate told Nick to get the pirates to bring him to shore somehow. So Nick tries to befriend Cutthroat Jack. Cutthroat Jack is about to take Nick to shore when Blackheart captures them. Nicholas gives Blackheart false directions to where the treasure is buried, so Blackheart takes Cutthroat Jack but keeps Nicholas on the ship. Once Blackheart and his crew are gone, Kate rescues Nicholas and takes control of the ship sailing them to Castaway Island where they escape. | ||||

| After getting the scanner back, Kate realises the batteries are dead. She heads to the castaway island to find one of her belongings that contains a set of batteries when she finds out that her music box has batteries but Perry has it. She finds a new Icon leading to a new island, a haunted island, in which they meet Captain Quade (The ghost Captain Blackheart killed). During the scuffle, she obtains Captain Quade's log book. | ||||

| Captain Blackhart is conspiring against the rest of the pirates. He believes he has finally figured out Quade's map, so he plans on forcing the 6 pirates on his ship to dig for the treasure and then killing all but Dougal with the same poison he killed Captain Quade with. He even spreads the poison out on a blade. Sarah finds yet a new node, one leading to plant island. There she finds Bell, the talking plant. Meanwhile Kate breaks her rule to save Mars from dying of the poison that he received from Blackheart's blade. | ||||

Perry goes to join the pirates after Carmen catches him and expels him from the castaway village but is found near the beach by Nicholas and Darcy. After they defeat Darcy and the other pirates, Perry gives Nicholas the music box which contains new batteries for the scanner but finds out its been stolen by Blackheart. Mars invites Kate, Nicholas and Sarah to the Castaway village for a gathering to celebrate Perry's return. Despite everything which has happened - could Mars be falling in love with Kate? | ||||

| Nicholas discovers a jet-pack in the treehouse that gives him the power of flight, enabling him to fly in the air. Kates goes to the ship where she strikes a deal with Blackheart asking for the jam box in exchange for the pages to Captain Quaid's logbook with the help of Mars and Sarah and winds up facing a double-cross from the pirates. Only Nicholas using his new jet-pack comes to the rescue. | ||||

Blackheart orders Carmen to use her medical knowledge to cure his nightmares. Mars and Kate think that she's in trouble so they attempt to rescue her only for Carmen to return to Castaway Island safe and sound whilst Kate winds up in a mess. | ||||

| When Blackheart is looking at the torn edges of Captain Quaid's logbook, he gets fed up with trying to figure out the pages and Kate Redding's constant interference with his plan. Determined to find and destroy her, Blackheart takes an offensive approach on the Island. He sends a group of his crewmen to set a trap on the main island whilst Kate is with her siblings studying the pages of the logbook. Blackheart sails to Castaway Island and brings Carmen on board to find out about Kate Redding's hideout to trick the Castaways into thinking that they found Kate's hideout. When Mars comes to Kate with the news that Blackheart has found the treehouse, he and Nicholas and Kate fall for the bait before they walk into the trap. When all seems lost, only Sarah and her talking plant can save the day. | ||||

Kate makes the superstitious pirates think that there's a ghost roving their ship. Using her phone as a walkie talkie, she was able to trick Blackheart after he called her bluff and sends Mars out to get her stereo from the Pirate ship. | ||||

| Kate brings the scanner to Mars's village and sets out for a bargain to get home. Blackheart finds them and Kate and Blackheart battle for the scanner. Blackheart wins over Kate and Kate is helpless while Blackheart leaves with the scanner. | ||||

| Blackheart finds a riddle, and uses it to find the first clue to the treasure. Kate realises the only way to retrieve the scanner is to beat Blackheart to the treasure and do a swap. Kate finds a chest using the riddle and finds a black key inside, Blackheart steals it leaving Kate helpless once more. | ||||

| Kate sets out to Captain Quade's ghost ship, she steals his sword yet finds it to be useless. And so she battles Blackheart and wins his sword. | ||||

| Mars teaches Kate how to use a sword. Meanwhile Blackheart finds a door with no lock. Meanwhile Carmen fires Mars as the village leader. | ||||

| Carmen orders the castaways to paint every tree red with a cross until they find Kate's treehouse, meanwhile Mars is brought back as the village leader. | ||||

| Kate steals the key and knocks on the mysterious door, a lock appears. Once inside everything is white, except for the wheel floating in the air. | ||||

| Mars comes to a conclusion that Kate has been using him to find the treasure, so he steals the wheel desperate to solve the clue. | ||||

| Blackheart kidnaps Sarah in order for knowledge of the wheel. She escapes thinking she has the scanner but is wrong. | ||||

| Blackheart turns the scanner on and Pirate Islands starts to be destroyed. Kate throws him the wheel and runs towards the scanner to turn it off. She fails and Blackheart leaves with the scanner and the wheel. | ||||

| Blackheart solves the next clue and finds a hidden spot on a tree. He inserts the wheel and a door behind the waterfall opens. Kate runs inside followed by Mars. They find the next clue, a golden egg and become friends once again. | ||||

| Carmen betrays Mars because she's jealous of Kate. Kate finds out she needs to bring the egg to the top of the cliffs on castaway island. The egg turns into a diamond, the next clue. | ||||

| Kate solves the next riddle and realises she must bring the diamond to Captain Quade's ghost ship. Blackheart follows her. Quade discovers love and shows Kate where to place the diamond. A holographic map appears showing a new island, A secret island, where Kate must find the golden idol. | ||||

| Kate travels to secret island with Mars, Carmen follows, So does Blackheart. They finds the doorway to the golden idol but Blackheart gets there first. He pushes them onto a ledge near a pit of molten lava and leaves them there, beaten. | ||||

| Kate realises the game has no rules. She finds she can fly, along with her friends. And so she gets to the golden idol. Blackheart and Kate battle it out for the treasure and Blackheart gets turned to gold. Kate escapes the island and retrieves the scanner, she leaves Pirate Islands assuring Mars she will return. | ||||
