Ken Barefield

Ken Barefield (born May 16, 1989), is an American stunt coordinator, actor and second unit director for film and television series.[1][2]

Early life and education

Barefield was born in Birmingham, Alabama. He attended the University of South Alabama and also played football for the school team.[3][4]

Career

Barefield is the 2nd Unit director and stunt coordinator of the hit Netflix series Cobra Kai.[5][6] He is also the stunt double for the character Sensei Kreese.[7] He also was the assistant stunt coordinator of Season 3 of Stranger things, Main villain double of Stranger Things.[8] He also did all the creature motion capture for the monsters on season 3 as well. He was the assistant stunt coordinator for Season 3 of Ozark.[9] He also performed stunts on all the aforementioned shows.
