Kana Kaanum Kaalangal (2022 TV series)
Kana Kaanum Kaalangal (transl. Periods of Dreaming) also known as KKK is a Tamil drama Indian Web series that airs every Friday on the OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar which aired on 22 April 2022. This version of the show is a Spin-off from the actual 2006 version of Kana Kaanum Kaalangal which used to be aired on Star Vijay. The story revolves around a group of high school students and the struggles the high school students from that group face during their secondary school life such as jealousy, rivalry, misunderstandings, arguments and personal grudges.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

The series stars Teja Venkatesh, Aravind Seiju, Raja Vetri Prabhu, Deepika Venkatachalam in the lead roles while VJ Sangeetha, Akshathaa Ajit, Pranika Dhakshu, Pragateesh, and Deepika in the supporting roles. The shooting for the series commenced in mid June 2021 and was officially released on 22 April 2022 in Disney+ Hotstar.[7]
Plot
A bunch of highschool students are divided into 2 different friend groups after a major argument and misunderstandings emerges among themselves. After the division of the 2 groups arise so does toxic friendships unhealthy arguments and jealousy arises among them as well. How will they cope the change and how can they solve the toxic division of the friend groups.

Production
Release
The first teaser for the show was released in January 2022 and it was officially set to launch in February, however due to some technical error during the shooting for the show, the release date was pushed to 22 April 2022.[8]
