Its current Program Director is Rogelio Regalado known on air as EL TORITO. Most of its on air staff also doubles as sales staff. Las Vegas, NV.- After almost 2 years in business, Fiesta 98.1 FM continues to grow, now with a new and improved home at El Mercado inside the Boulevard Mall. On Saturday, April 23, Fiesta Las Vegas Team will do a ribbon cutting ceremony along with local leaders and elected officials. The event will be followed by a “Fiesta” with music, food, prizes and entertainment for everyone that wants to participate in the celebration.

Fiesta 98.1 FM, which can now be found in Nielsen Tapscan ratings under call letters KLUC-FM HD3, is the only radio station that combines the more listened genres (Mexican Regional & Latin Urban) in Spanish. Fiestas is now broadcasting on 98.1 FM station and 98.5 HD-3 station, through their website fiestaradiolasvegas.com, and Uforia, Tune In and iHeart Apps.

We are a for-Vegas-by-Vegas station, hyper local programming with Vegas deejays, which now is unheard of in our industry. We believe locals and community are the essence of radio, while most stations broadcast syndicated shows from other markets, we execute local initiatives. When the opportunity to move to El Mercado came along, we knew it was aligned with what we do; directly serving the Latino community.  Our objective with the move is to be more visible to the businesses we serve, more present with our listeners and to engage even more with our community.”  Said Rafael Cerros, Co-Owner of Fiesta Las Vegas.

As a part of their new objective in their new home, Fiesta will be helping grow business for other tenants of El Mercado and has planned more events and more prizes using the Boulevard Mall as a partner. Every Sunday, you will find their promotions team and DJ interacting with families via creative contests such as the Fiesta Lotería along with on-air remote giveaways to El Mercado food court customers.

This expansion is only adding to their already broad radio and social media reach that amounts to hundreds of thousands of followers. Fiesta Las Vegas has been recognized for their innovative way of doing things, not only for combining two different genres but their non-traditional approach to reaching their target market via social, guerrilla marketing, custom content among other elements.

“We built the new radio station studio ourselves and from the ground up keeping our listeners and the mall's traffic in mind,” said Rogelio “El Torito” Regalado, the other brain behind the Fiesta brand. “Whenever you are physically walking or driving by, you can now see and feel what you hear on the airwaves.” Fiesta Las Vegas listeners now have direct access to talents such as Don Cheto, El Zirko, El Torito, La Madrina and many local community leaders and journalists that are making a difference in Las Vegas.
