Joseph Buddenberg
Joseph Buddenberg is an American animal rights activist who was associated with the Animal Liberation Front.

In 2009, he was indicted, along with three others, on charges of Animal Enterprise Terrorism for campaigning against vivisection at the University of California. The AETA4 case was dismissed by federal judge Ronald Whyte in 2010.
In 2015, Buddenberg and his co-defendant Nicole Kissane were arrested by the FBI after a campaign of vandalism and sabotage throughout the United States that started in 2013.
In 2016, the couple were convicted of Conspiracy to Violate the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act. Buddenberg was sentenced to two years in prison.[1][2] On February 7, 2018, he was released from prison after serving the sentence.[3][4]
