José Rafael Ojeda Durán
José Rafael Ojeda Durán (born 3 February 1954) is a Mexican politician who is the Secretary of the Navy in the Cabinet of Andrés Manuel López Obrador.[1]

Career
In 2020, he announced a Marine Plan to help aid those affected by Tropical Storm Hernan.[2]
