John Abdo
John Abdo is an American health and fitness coach, businessman, nutritionist, motivational speaker and a TV personality.[1][2][3] He was a Strength & Conditioning Coach for numerous U.S. Olympic team athletes for the 1976, 1980, 1984, and 1988 Olympic Games.[4] Abdo was inducted into the National Fitness Hall of Fame in 2007 for his work in the field of health and fitness.[5] He has authored several books on fitness, motivation and health.[6][7]
