Helene Hellmark Knutsson
Marie Helene Hellmark Knutsson (born 12 September 1969) is a Swedish politician of the Social Democrats. She has served as Governor of Västerbotten County since 2020. She previously served as Minister for Higher Education and Research in the Swedish Government from October 2014 to January 2019.[1]
