Description

The species grows as a rounded, prickly shrub to 0.3–1 m in height. The leaves are 10–25 mm long. The pink or red flowers grow in terminal inflorescences, appearing from September to February.[2][3]

Distribution and habitat

The species occurs in the Coolgardie bioregion of Southwest Australia, where it grows on sandy and clay loam soils.[3][2]
