Golgo 13: Queen Bee
Golgo 13: Queen Bee (ゴルゴ13〜QUEEN BEE〜) is an original video animation that was released in 1998.[1] Tesshō Genda provides the voice of Golgo 13 in the Japanese version,[2] while in the English version, he is voiced by John DiMaggio.

Synopsis
Queen Bee is set during the 2000 U.S. presidential election cycle. Golgo 13 is hired by Democratic Party members to assassinate Queen Bee, the second-in-command of a South American rebel army, to prevent her from killing the United States Democratic presidential nominee.
