Gerardo Fernández Noroña
José Gerardo Rodolfo Fernández Noroña (born 19 March 1960) is a Mexican politician from the Labor Party (formerly from the Party of the Democratic Revolution). From 2009 to 2012 he served as Deputy of the LXI Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing the Federal District.

He again served in the Chamber of Deputies, starting in 2018, representing Mexico City, elected in the Labor Party.
He holds a Bachelors in Sociology from Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana-Azcapotzalco.[3]
In July 2021, he tested positive for COVID-19. He's been criticized for spreading COVID-19 misinformation, such as stating that face masks are not helpful in avoiding the spread of the virus,[4] clai. In January 2022, he tested positive for the second time.
