Foton Grand General

The Foton Grand General (Chinese: 福田 大将军), or Foton Dajiangjun in Chinese, is a mid-size pickup truck made by Foton in 2021, and shown at the 2020 Beijing Auto Show.

The Foton Grand General is based on the same platform as the Foton Tunland Yutu pickup series while featuring a different front end. The powertrain of the Grand General has options of a 2.0T gasoline, 2.0T diesel, and 2.5T diesel engine, and has a 8-speed automatic gearbox.[4][5] It has up to 238 horsepower,[6] and costs 129,800 yuan.[7]

Design Controversies

The design is controversial as the front fascia heavily resembles that of the Ford F-150 Raptor.[8][9][10][11][12]
