Fazal Muhammad Sabir
Haji Fazal Muhammad Sabir (Pashto: حاجي فضل محمد صابر) is an Afghan Taliban diplomat who is currently serving as the chargé d'affaires of Afghanistan to Turkmenistan since 17 March 2022.[1][2][3]

Sabir is originally from Kandahar. He was previously the representative of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan to Turkmenistan and has played a pivotal role in building relations between the two sides.[4]
