F&C Asset Management Plc was an international asset management company. It was acquired by BMO Global Asset Management in 2014. Its head office was in the City of London in Exchange House, Primrose Street, London.

History
F&C was founded in 1868, when the Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust, the world’s first investment trust, was launched.[1] In 2014, BMO Global Asset Management F&C Investments for £697 million,[2][3] and ultimately the BMO Financial Group.[4]
