Elliot Padfield

Elliot Padfield (born 17 May 2003) is a British teen entrepreneur,[1] investor, and public speaker. Padfield created a business in his early teens, starting his entrepreneurial journey.[2] He is the President of The Invictus Group.[3]

Life

Padfield was born in the United Kingdom on 17 May 2003. Elliot is a public speaker on why education was both a help and hindrance to his business endeavours.[4][5] His early success inspired him to share his story through public speaking. He has spoken on a number of occasions, including for big four accounting firm, Ernst & Young, and think tank Common Vision.[6]

In 2019, Padfield was elected to become the Member of Youth Parliament for Kent for a term of 2 years.[7]

In early 2020, Padfield left secondary school a year early, in order to dedicate more time to his growing businesses. During this time, Padfield launched a new investment company, the Invictus Group, which acquired South Florida mailing company, Precision Mailing in March 2020.
