Eduardo Peralta, Jr.
'Eduardo Basa Peralta Jr. (born September 29, 1962) is a Filipino judge who is currently an associate justice of the Court of Appeals of the Philippines. He succeeded Justice Martin S. Villarama Jr, who was promoted to the supreme court oon December 26, 2009. She currently sits as the Chairperson of the 13th Division of the Court of Appeals.[1]
