Rivalry with co-priest

Muonso has been in constant rivalry with a co-priest named Father Mbaka[6] who is equally a prominent catholic priest in south-eastern part of Nigeria, who is significantly older than Muonso and was ordained a priest long before Muonso became a priest. Muonso addressed Father Mbaka as a false prophet and Father Mbaka immediately responded by calling Muonso a false prophet also.[7][8] The root cause of the rivalry between Muonso and Father Mbaka is reportedly due to a supremacy power tussle and jealousy.[9]
