Dereck Lively II (born February 12, 2004) is an American basketball player who attends Westtown School in West Chester, Pennsylvania. Committed to Duke, he is a consensus five-star recruit and one of the top players in the 2022 class.

Lively attends Westtown School in West Chester, Pennsylvania.[1][2] He was selected to play in the 2022 McDonald's All-American Boys Game.[3][4]
