Denis Kostrzhevskiy

Denys Kostrzhevskyi (Денис Костржевский) (born 29 October 1968) is a Ukrainian businessman. As of early February 2022, he is the chairman of the board of Kyiv International Airport, and the president of the construction company Miskzhitlobud.

Between 1997 and 2006, Kostrzhevskyi was involved in Ukrainian politics, becoming an assistant in the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian parliament). From 1998 to 2002, he was an member of parliament for the Party of Greens of Ukraine. From 2001 to 2003, Kostrzhevskyi worked for the National Academy for Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

Kostrzhevskyi is fond of fishing, hunting, diving, swimming, water and mountain skiing. He travels, reads, and is interested architecture and art.

- Design engineering and building activity of terminals and infrastructure for Kyiv Sikorsky International Airport

- Development and management of 'Kyiv' Airport: attraction of international investments, establishing of managing and operating companies. As the result - 'Kyiv' Airport holds a second place in Ukraine by quantity of flights and passenger throughput, honored with international awards in 2013 and 2019 as the best airport that serves nearly 4 million passengers per year.

Design, construction, maintenance of "RiverStone" residential complex (Kyiv). 250 thousand square meters.

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX «HOLOSIYEVO»

Design, construction, maintenance of the residential complex "Golosievo" (Kyiv) - 220 thousand square meters.

MISKZHITLOBUD

Establishment of real estate developer company "Miskzhitlobud". Design, construction, sale, operation of residential and commercial real estate

GELIOS

Design, construction of "Gelios" club house.

CAPITAL HALL

Design and construction of "Capital Hall" office center (Kyiv).

TEMPLES

Temple of John Kronstadt in Kyiv was built.

Ancient Holy Transfiguration Temple in the Kyiv region restored at expense of Denys Kostrzhevskyi.
