Plot

Bruno is an orphan and, not wanting to work, he prefers to be supported by Franca, the prostitute he lives with. Even Aldo, his best friend, is unable to defeat his natural laziness and to look for a job and is persuaded by Bruno to go with Lea, a friend of Franca's, and be supported by her. When Aldo's mother realizes that her son is on a bad path, she tries to convince him with prayers and tears to change his life. It is her words and the fact that Franca, who got pregnant, was left to herself by her friend, to make him come to his senses. But just as he is about to start a new life with Adriana, Bruno offers him a coup in a pawnbroker. Aldo refuses but then, when his mother and Adriana discover the truth, he just has to hide from his friend. The blow will make their life completely different…[1]
