Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group) is a conglomerate founded in 1929 in Chandni Chowk, New Delhi by Lala Dharampal Sugandhi. Dharampal's son, Satyapal, took over the company after his father. The company is named after the father-son duo.[1] The company has a turnover of over Rs 6500 crore.[2][3] Dharampal Satyapal Limited (DSL) is the flagship company of the Dharampal Satyapal Group.[4] Shri Satyapal ‘Sugandhi’s sons, Mr. Ravinder Kumar and Mr. Rajiv Kumar own the group and are leading the company to expand and diversify successfully.[5]

Products
DS Group has diversified into various sectors such as FMCG, hospitality and infrastructure.[6] The Group’s portfolio is extensive and diverse with a presence in Mouth Freshener, Food and Beverage, Confectionery, Hospitality, Agri, Luxury Retail, Tobacco businesses, and also other investments. Rajnigandha, Catch, Pulse, FRU, Maze, Ksheer, Pass Pass, BABA, Tulsi, L’Opera, Le Marche, Birthright, The Manu Maharani, and Namah are some of the leading brands.[7]
- Pulse (confectionery), which equalled Coke Zero's sales record of over Rs 100 crore in eight months of its release.[8]
- The company also owns a five star hotel in Nainital, and recently invested in five more properties including two more five star hotels in Jaipur and Kolkata.[9]
- They also produce the widely selling brand "Catch Spices".[10][11] Released in 1989, Catch Salt and Pepper are leaders in their segments.[10] Catch products are sold through a network of over 200,000 outlets.[10]
- DS Group is also the producer of India's leading tobacco based mouth freshner, Rajnigandha.[12]
- Tom Ford (brand) is marketed and franchised in India by the DS Group.[13]
- DS Group is also the producer of Rajasthan's Leading Dairy Brand Ksheer.

Awards & Recognition
The DS Group (Dharampal Satyapal Group) has been awarded Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification, a recognition of the company’s efforts toward lowering carbon emissions, conserving resources and prioritizing sustainable practices.[14]
Corporate Social Responsibility
DS Group aims to ensure the long-term availability of water through geographic-specific conservation measures and judicial utilization of resources. The group is supporting multiple projects in partnership with like-minded grassroots level organizations in the state of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Gujarat, benefitting millions of people from the marginalized communities.[15]
