Central Working Committee of Nepali Congress

The Central Working Committee of Nepali Congress (Nepali: कांग्रेस केन्द्रीय कार्यसम्पादन समिति) is the presidium or the central decision-making committee of the Nepali Congress setting the overall strategic direction of the party and policy development.[1] It remains above the central committe and in case the central committee can't be held or emergency, the committee has authority to make even major decision on partys welfare.[2] It is composed of members appointed by the Nepali Congress president and currently has 37 members.[3]

The current central working committee was formed on 28 January 2022 by, party president Sher Bahadur Deuba which was approved by central committee.[4]

On 28 January 2022, NC president Sher Bahadur Deuba formed Central Working Committee which was approved by central committee.[5][6] The members mainly are contains present portfolios and former portfolios of the party while some are veteran leaders of the party.
