Two ships of the Confederate States Navy have been named General Quitman after several cities in the United States with the name, Quitman:
- CSS General Quitman (transport), a Confederate States transport, sank at Texas.
- CSS General Quitman (gunboat), a gunboat of Confederate River Defense Fleet, burned to prevent capture.
