Benjamin Uwajumogu

Benjamin Uwajumogu (June 30, 1968 – December 18, 2019)[1] was a Nigerian politician.[2] He was the senator representing Imo North senatorial district in the Nigerian Senate.[3] He was a senator of the 9th republic of the National Assembly in Nigeria.

Uwajumogu was born in Okigwe, Imo State, Nigeria, and was a member of the All Progressives Congress Party.[4][5] He died on December 18, 2019 in Abuja.[6][7]

A bye-election was conducted to fill in Uwajumogu's vacant seat at the senate during Chukwuma Frank Ibezim succeeded him in 2021.[8]
